‘Whoever it is has seen Coco’s invitation,’ said Pepper. ‘They must be coming to the ice-skating competition.’

‘What ice-skating competition?’ Eduardo asked.

The two little guinea pigs told him.

Eduardo’s face was sombre. ‘Come, amigas, we have no time to lose.’

‘But what’s the matter?’ asked Blossom.

‘I’ll tell you on the way.’

The three guinea pigs raced out of the burrow and jumped back in the truck.
